Only merchants can edit existing orders in B-Cart. This feature is useful for correcting mistakes, adding products, or updating the status before fulfillment.
Who Can Edit Orders

Merchants: Can edit any order placed in the system.

Customers: Cannot edit their own orders once submitted.
How to Edit an Order

Find the Order
Go to the Orders section in the menu and locate the order you want to update. -
Click "Edit Order"
Open the order and select Edit Order from the top-right corner. -
Make Changes
You can:-
Delete items from the order

Add new items
-
Change item quantities
-
Update the order status

Save Changes
After making your updates, click Save to apply them. The order will be updated immediately.
Things to Keep in Mind

Only merchants can make edits.

Orders that have already been fulfilled should not be modified.

Customers will receive updated order confirmations if applicable.
