Step 1: Navigate to the B-Cart Platform
- Open your browser and go to B-Cart Login Page.
- Log in using your credentials.
Step 2: Select a Product
- Browse the available products from the list displayed.
- Locate the product you wish to order.
Step 3: Add to Cart
- Double-click on the desired product.
- Click on the "Add to Cart" button to include the product in your shopping cart.
Step 4: Open Your Cart
- Once you’ve added all the desired products, click the "Open Cart" button located in the navigation bar or sidebar.
Step 5: Choose a Customer (Merchant only)
- In the cart interface, select the customer who will be receiving the order.
- Click on the dropdown menu and choose the appropriate customer from the list.
Step 6: Review and Edit
- Confirm that the selected products, quantities, and customer details are correct.
- If required, check any specific options or configurations for the order.
Step 7: Add Notes or Comments (Optional)
- Locate the “Enter your comments” field in the cart.
- Type any specific notes or instructions (e.g., "Leave at the back door").
Step 8: Submit the Order
- Click the "Submit Order" button to finalise the transaction.
- A confirmation message will appear once the order is successfully submitted.
