Pricing tiers allow you to offer different product prices to different customers, making it easy to manage wholesale rates, discounts, or custom deals. These tiers automatically apply during ordering, ensuring customers see the correct pricing every time.
Who Can Manage Pricing Tiers

Merchants only: Customers cannot view or manage pricing tiers directly.
How to Create a Pricing Tier

Go to the Products Tab
In the left-hand navigation, click Products, then select Pricing Tiers. -
Click “Create Tier”
Fill in the following details:-
Tier Name (required)

Description (optional)

Tier Type (required)

Choose a Tier Type

Fixed Percentage: Automatically applies a discount (e.g. 50% off all products).

Set a discount percentage.

Choose a rounding type (e.g. round to nearest dollar, 25 cents, etc.).

Per Item: Prices are set manually on a per-product basis.

Customers will pay the product’s base price unless overridden in the tier.

After Creating the Tier
Once the tier is created, you can:

Add Customers
Assign customers to the tier so they receive the appropriate pricing. Customers can only be part of one tier at a time. -
Add Products (Per Item Tiers only)
Set custom prices for each product within the tier (e.g. $10 base price, $8 in the tier).
How Pricing Tiers Work in Orders

When a customer in a tier places an order, their pricing is automatically applied at all stages of ordering.

Merchants also see the tiered pricing when placing orders on behalf of a customer once in the cart.

Prices from tiers are reflected in external accounting platforms on ordering (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
