When a customer is first added to your B-Cart portal, they’re automatically sent a welcome email with a temporary password that allows them to log in. These temporary passwords remain valid for 365 days. However, customers occasionally miss these emails or need them re-sent later.
To resend a customer invitation:

Go to the Customers tab in your merchant portal.

Select the customer you want to re-invite.

You’ll land in the Details tab – from here, switch to the Users tab.

Under Users, you’ll see any customer accounts that haven’t yet accessed the platform.

Look for the paper plane icon next to their name – this is the resend invitation button.

Click the icon to resend the welcome email and temporary login details.
The email will be sent from mail@b-cart.com.au. If your customer doesn’t receive it, ask them to check their spam or junk folder, and feel free to contact our support team if they’re still having issues.
