Merchants can create a custom login page that’s branded with their business name and logo, giving customers a seamless and professional login experience. This is especially useful if you want to add a login button on your website or direct customers to a branded sign-in screen.
Where to Set It Up
To set up your custom login page:

Go to the Organisations tab.

Click into your organisation.

Head to the Settings tab.

Scroll down to Custom Login Page and enable it.
Once enabled, you can enter a unique custom path. For example, if you enter joes-fruit, your customers will log in at: /sign-in/joes-fruit
This page will display:

Your company name

Your uploaded logo (set under the Details tab)

A standard login form for your customers

Use a simple, memorable name for the path (e.g., your business name or brand).

Add this login link to your website for easy access.

Make sure your logo is uploaded in the Details tab to ensure it appears correctly on the page.
