Managing your B-Cart billing is quick. All subscriptions and payment processing are handled through Stripe, but you can view and access the key billing details directly inside B-Cart.
Step 1: Open the Billing Tab
Go to Organisations in the main menu, then select the Billing tab.
Step 2: Set Up or View Your Plan
If you don't have a plan yet, you'll see an option to Get a Plan. Choose your plan and enter your payment details through Stripe's secure checkout.
Once subscribed, your current plan and billing details appear in B-Cart.
What You'll See in B-Cart
Current Plan — your plan type and pricing.
Estimated Bill — if you're on a graduated (tiered) plan, you'll see your current usage and an estimate of your bill at month-end. This is updated every four hours.
Payment Method — your saved credit card or bank details.
Invoice History — your last 10 invoices, accessible directly in B-Cart.
Step 3: Manage Your Subscription
To make changes, select Manage. This opens your Stripe-hosted billing portal, where you can:
Change or cancel your subscription.
Update your payment method.
Add a secondary payment method.
Edit your billing address.
View and download past invoices and receipts.
