Getting your data into B-Cart is easy, and there are two main ways to onboard your customers and products: via spreadsheet (CSV/Excel) or by syncing with your accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks). Below is a breakdown of both methods.
Option 1: Uploading via CSV or Spreadsheet
This is the most flexible way to get your customer and product data into B-Cart, especially if you're migrating from another system like WooCommerce or Shopify.
How it Works:
Contact B-Cart Support to request the onboarding template (available as CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets). Sumit your bulk upload request here.
-
Enter your data into the provided template:
Customer details (name, email, address, etc.)
Product details (name, SKU, pricing, etc.)
Submit the completed sheet to our support team.
We’ll validate the data to make sure everything is formatted correctly.
Once validated, we’ll upload your data into your B-Cart account.
If you have product images, we can upload those separately. These typically come from your B2C store (e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify). We'll help source and attach them.
Note: Image handling is done separately and usually sourced directly from your existing store.
Fees may apply for manual image importing and data validation services.
Option 2: Syncing from Your Accounting Software
B-Cart can also pull in your data from Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
How it Works:
Go to Integrations and connect your accounting software. Sumit your bulk upload request here.
-
Once connected, we’ll help you import:
Customer records
Product records (excluding product images)
Product images will still need to be imported manually or sourced separately.
Turnaround time is typically 1 to 5 business days depending on complexity.
Note: As with CSV imports, fees may apply for image uploads or additional data formatting assistance.
